Marc is an avid reader and accomplished author that spends his days – and nights – dreaming and writing about all things fantasy and sci-fi. In 2015 he decided to make his dream a reality and self-published his first fantasy novel... the rest is history!

Marc has a Bachelor's Degree in Science and obtained a Masters in Education as a Reading and Writing Specialist along with a Masters in Administration. After several years of moonlighting as a writer, he applied his experience as a business leader in the healthcare industry to his writing career to become a full-time author in 2018.

Marc has traveled the world, from Asia to Europe, even at one point crossing the border at Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin toward the end of the Cold War. He is the ultimate history fan and incorporates much of that passion into his work to bring greater realism to his books.

Marc devours several print and audiobooks a week, ranging from history to science fiction and fantasy. In 2021, he moved to a cabin in the mountains of North Carolina to gain further inspiration after raising his family in Eastern Pennsylvania, just miles from where Washington crossed the Delaware.

WOW! Marc has done it again. He has taken Eli, who is an Elven Ranger & close friend to Ben Stiger and placed him in a timeline MANY years prior to their meeting. We find him as a senior Ranger and mentoring a brand new female Ranger. This is their tale.
All of Marc's stories in this fantasy realm are interwoven with hints of the other book arcs. This is no different. It opens with Eli and his trainee hot on the trail of an Elf who has committed a heinous crime in their lands. Their mission is to bring him back...alive if possible....or to end his existence.
Along the way their mission changes when they rescue a Human female. As we find out, nothing is as simple as it seems.

The book will keep your attention and if you are already a reader of Marc's tales in this world, you will find it an easy read and have you begging for more.

With this book, Marc introduces a back story for one of the two main characters in the Steiger series. This is the story of the elf, and it is a great start to the series. Eli is a Elf Ranger who is training another ranger, a female. I don't do spoilers, so you are going to have to read the book to get the story, but you will find it extremely entertaining and thrilling. This adds a lot of depth to the character of Eli, so going forward in the Steiger series will have a lot of meaning and will, perhaps, help us understand so of Eli's actions in those series. In the meantime, you have a great story to read. I suggest you get to it.

This is the first in what has become a three book arc covering the backstory of Eli, the noble Elven companion of Ben Stiger in the "Chronicles of an Imperial Legionary Officer" saga. As the CILO story line picks up speed and races toward the final battles, the author has chosen to jump back to show a much earlier Eli'Far and begin to hint why he makes such a dramatic and seemingly foretold appearance in the life of Ben Stiger.

In conjunction with another Ranger in training Eli is sent to capture a fugitive for the Elven kingdoms and return an object of some import. Mae'Cara, the ranger in training is, in true Romeo and Juliet fashion, the daughter of the sitting Warden and a a political opponent of Eli's estranged family. The story of their interactions does much to drive this first volume, but is far from the totality of the story.

As the author does in all his works, a deft hand weaves a large cast of believable, yet somehow larger than life, characters together with concepts from nearly all his earlier novels into compelling and rewarding reading experience. While you may be tempted to start your journey with the author's works here, you will be missing much of the depth of this installment if you do not become familiar with his other series first.

Highly recommended and a finely polished work that truly sets the stage for even more come.

As usual, A Ranger’s Tale, is exciting, well written, rocking novel on its owns. The fact that it reunites with Eli in Stiger’s world is a huge plus.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the books he has written and was eagerly awaiting the next release and enjoyed it every bit as much as the others which are woven together seamlessly.

Now I look forward to the next release. If you have not read the other books I encourage you to do so. A wealth of reading enjoyment awaits…

Great start to a new series

I have read all the books written so far from this author except the way of legend which I hope to start soon. So, I started this book but after a few papers I stopped I guess I was still focus on the last book that I had read and now waiting for the next addition to come out. I picked it back up and started it again and boy I was glad I did it was great non stop action and I love how it all ties in to the other series of books written about this world. But now I will have to wait for several series for the next books but for now I will just have to start the next series of books the way of the legend. Thank you for writing a great book and look forward to your next book in this series and the other ones too.

I will be honest, it took awhile for this book to 'grab' me. This is not packed full of action and combat as I am used to reading from Edulheit's novels. Then I stopped and thought about why. This is a story about the elves, not dwarves and Roman's. This was given us more history of Eli and his elf world. In time there is plenty of action, but first get to know more of elven life. I regretted the end of this book the same as I do all his books. Well done Marc! ! !
