If you have ECS Shin Splints this tool is a must!

My dog & I walk nearly 6-8 miles every morning so I get ECS Shin Splints. The fascia around the muscle feels like it’s going to explode and tightens like a rock, the pain is extreme!

I read up on it and found help in doing some stretching, and started using my wife’s foam roller which hurts like hell when I roll it, but the fascia must be released to stop the pain. My wife would help me roll it out using the foam roller, but when she’s at work it’s difficult for me to get the right angle myself.
So I bought this Elite Roller Stick, and it works great!! I can not only get the right angle, but apply the right amount of pressure in an exact spot to loosen the fascia & muscles. The handle is just long enough & comfortable enough to do whatever I need. It’s also great for massaging the calf & thigh muscle with ease.
At this point I would highly recommend the “Elite Sportz Massage Roller Stick”

UPDATE: 7-3-2017 I bought this roller about 3-weeks ago and use it twice a day to treat my ECS Shin Splints. Happy to say I am walking nearly normal again with very little to no shin pain! This massage roller has given me much better than expected results in a very short time. I simply roll it at night, then in the morning just before leaving for our walk. It can hurt if I press too hard but I find it relieves all the tissue build up quickly. Also feels great on those aching calf muscles relaxing them instantly.

I recently started running, and I've been having a really hard time with the cramping that comes one or two days after I run. I live in a city, so when I run it's on cement and it is hard on my knees. A friend of mine who is a much more avid runner than I, recommended that I try using a some sort of foam roller product to help rub out my muscles and avoid cramps.

In my search for a foam roller, I came across something even better--the muscle roller stick, gift from the gods. I read through all the reviews, and with a hopeful mind I ordered it (the delivery came very quickly by the way.) I gave the muscle stick a try after one of my runs, and wow. It worked really, really well.

I went to the Elite website and followed their clear, constructive, instruction videos and felt immediate results. According to the website apparently, if I continue using it, I won't experience nearly as much cramping. Woohoo! I look forward to that!

Also, in addition to my amazing muscle roller stick, my friend gave me this roll on pain reliever ointment, ThermaChill Pain Relief Roll On Cold Therapy, 3 fl oz. - Top Choice for Arthritis, Migraine Relief, Joint & Muscle Pain - Limited Time Offer: Buy 1 Get 1 Free!, which I rub onto my legs after I use the roller stick, and really I feel very little pain. The ointment has tea tree oil and menthol that really works at warming up the sore areas, and because it increases blood flow where it's applied, which sends nutrients to the muscles for more muscle growth, more calorie burn, and faster recovery. I absolutely love using it in conjunction with my muscle roller, it makes it so easy to recover after work. All in all, I give the muscle roller stick a great recommendation and I also recommend you throw thermachill in the mix, it really works!

I ride a bicycle and some days just need help with the muscles afterwards. So roll this over my legs looking for pain, then concentrate on that area. No duh, right? But I've also had persistent pain in my neck from a motor vehicle accident 20 years ago. Roll those muscles, and after a few weeks, what little pain is left can be handled WITHOUT opiates or muscle relaxers.

Must-have for everyone especially anyone with plantar fasciitis

A must-have for anyone with calves and feet. Cures plantar fasciitis within a couple/few weeks if used at least once DAILY (3x is better) to roll calves and shins down to the ankle. I've suffered (no exaggeration) for years with PF...been on a cane...been in and out of PT...seen every dr from orthopedist to podiatrist to acupuncture...and let's not leave out all the nasty anti-inflammatories (Rx and OTC) and pain meds. Spent a fortune seeking relief. My awesome hubby brought one of these home and I was extremely skeptical especially when I began rolling and it hurt like the dickens but he encouraged me to stick with it. Over days then weeks the pain from rolling diminished snd then subsided and so did the debilitating pain in my feet. Tight calves isn't just "for" athletes...the condition affects anyone and everyone but an unfortunate percentage of us develop significant feet problems as a result. This requires commitment of daily use even once your pain recedes....if I miss even a couple days the pain begins to creep back in. I'll never again be a runner but thanks to this handy little tool at least I can walk every day. It's so awesome we bought them for our teenage nephews who are athletes and they love them...one of the boys is a cross country runner with ankle issues but this has eliminated the problems (again through daily use especially before and after workouts)...our other nephew is a wrestler and has one super flat foot which gives him fits especially when conditioning starts up...this tool (combined with custom inserts) stops the pain. Awesome, awesome, awesome. For Christmas, give one to everyone you know. Amazons price is very affordable.

This massage stick is really great. It has the individual rollers in the center, nice and comfortable handles, and feels very sturdy. I've used it several times, sometimes applying heavy pressure, and it never bends or feels weak. I can see this lasting a very long time!!!

If you've ever wondered if rolling sore muscles after a workout actually helps, DO IT!!!! It's amazing and really pushes out the lactic acid so you can recover much sooner.
