I am very picky about my mugs. I was looking for something for my cold drinks, so it had to have around 700+ ml and be cute. I have been looking for something at Winners for a couple of months but no luck and then I suddenly found this.

ADVANTAGES:
- Big
- Pretty
- Price is great
- Comfortable to hold and fits the side pocket of the backpack; not heavy
- Holds cold and hot drinks for a long time
- Comes with a straw

DISADVANTAGES:
- The lid isn't seal-proof and the cup leaks if turned upsidedown
- Blue piece of the lid may become flimsy (but that is only my impression)
- Hard to wash the elastic on the lid from the black tea stains
- For me personally - not comfortable to drink with the lid on through the hole
- I would prefer straw to be metal - not plastic
- From the picture, I had impression that the blue part is made of soft material. Well, it is not.

To sum up, I do NOT regret buying the mug. But you may want to consider your purpose for it. For myself, I bought it for iced drinks to have at home using a straw. So it suits my needs perfectly.

I think the tumblers themselves are good. Ice lasts for hours and hours, and the design is nice. HOWEVER, I ordered a 2nd because I was impressed with the first, and the second came with 2 noticeable dents that caused the tumbler to not sit properly in addition to a smaller dent. So, I asked to return and send the damaged one back and Amazon did within a day, but the one that they replaced the damaged one with came damaged as well (see white branding label) as well, which , again, causes the tumbler to rock if you move. Ello, I'd be happy to give you 5 stars if you deliver one that is totally in tact!
