I rebuild Vintage electronics equipment and also work with metals, wood and general repairs.
Have used all kinds of Cyanoacrilate, Epoxies, even dental glues for my projects.
This one beats them all.
Very solid, not too foamy (actually, if pressed, the foamy part comes out the sides).
I rebuilt things like a walking stick and the chassis on a power amplifier and a miniature microphone connector, no problem, easy to sand when set or clean while moist with acetone.
I Like this glue ! Since we don't have constant supplies out here, I just buy it whenever I see one. Got 4 stashed away.
Only detail is if you use it for a small project, seal it well and keep in a moisture-free place. It will develop crystals in the flask after a long while, you have to squeeze the flask and break them up. Remember, this one activates with moisture.
That being said, I LOVE THIS STUFF.
Just wish Elmer's could send me some more out here as a gift (hehe !).
I used it for the first time to glue up some boards to form larger panels for some doors.
I tested it on some scraps first. All my pieces were jointed first so the fit was very tight which is VERY important with this glue. I followed the instructions and wet one side of my glue up. The set time is at least 10 min on this glue ( that the longest it took me to align all my boards and be happy with them ) The set time is more than likely longer.
The next day I took off the clamps and did some twisting and bending and nothing popped. The squeeze out I removed with a scraper fairly easily. The best part is after sanding the spots I purposely smeared glue and ant let cure before scraping/sanding took stain easily. You do that with Tightbond..........You had better get all the glue cleaned up as soon as it squeezes out.
As far as strength goes? To me it seems at least as strong as Tightbond glues and doesn’t lend itself to blotching finishes.
The draw backs. Foams like a rabid dog:) Doesn’t fill gaps with any strength, It will only reliably glue well fitted and tight joints. With white glue you can fill a bit it you need to.
All and all I like it and will use it again for glueing panels or lap joints. Mortice & tenon? Probably not, if I have a gap to fill white glue will fill it and still be strong.

I've used this glue in furniture building for three-four years now and like it very well .I've tried other glues and they don't work as wellPublished 8 months ago by Amazon Customer
This glue works as it should, very strong - but it is too runny. Once you take off the cap and tip the bottle, the glue runs out. Read morePublished 8 months ago by StevenM
Great all around multi-surface glue. It does foam up and expand when water is used to promote curing, so clamping is a good idea.Published 15 months ago by D. A. Boyd
