I do feel like the characters could have developed better, like in the very beginning of the book, there is a lot of character development, but the farther you get into it, the development basically stops. But the events are still strong, a lot of description is really strong, and I could *see* pretty much everything.
I love the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit. I had the same feelings of questing and adventure with this book. The characters are varied and interesting, the danger is exciting, and honestly, the messages are good.
I can't wait for the continuation of this series.
Eager to read the next work. I read bits and pieces of this novel with Celeste Hollister, the author. And loved it so very much I helped with the Cover and Map. I post this review cause of love of the tale.
