This is one of the few creams with SPF that I can use. It feels very smooth and not heavy like most SPF creams! I use this one and the one with tint as well - Love both! My daughters (11 and 13yr old also love it for their face) and I do not have to chase them to put it on! They actually ask for it! I can't recommend this product enough!

My dermatologist recommended this lightweight sheer-coverage sunscreen for daily use under makeup. Unfortunately, in my forties, I am still prone to breakouts (I am trying to pretend I am young...), so having sunscreen that doesn't clog pores is important. My only complaint is that it is not very moisturizing despite being a cream. It dries fast and doesn't provide the moisture I need under makeup. It works well enough, and breakouts matter more than moisture.

I was using the another sunscreen but switched to a mineral sunscreen as advised by my dermatologist. It is a good product but it does leave a slight cast on my deep complexion. It’s not something that lingers but dissolves in a small amount of time. It blends well under makeup. I would’ve given this five stars BUT for the cast. In terms of protection for AA skin type, I think this mineral screen is one of the better ones out there. I toggle between this and Super Goop based on pricing/better deal.

I bought this product 3 times from the same listing, and the first two times it was a genuine product. This third time I got a counterfeit. It's obvious because the sticker is flimsy and comes off and unlike the genuine EltaMD sunscreens that have a silver stripe and raised letters, the writing on this one is completely flat. The box is full of little mistakes if you read it and doesn't look right. Still, I was skeptical that this could happen. I used it because the product smelled the same, but it broke my face out...! IT IS LITERALLY THE ONLY SUNSCREEN THAT'S SAFE FOR ME. I know it's fake because I've used it for 3 years. It's greasy and causes breakouts, unlike the original which is matte and absorbs quickly and makes my skin feel great. DO NOT BUY. I can't believe Amazon lets people do this...

I have normal/combination skin and this product made my normally smooth skin, break out in red, itchy bumps. My skin is embarrassingly rough. I am extremely disappointed. I have tried another SPF from Elta MD before and this did not happen. I am starting to question if this is a legitimate Elta MD product. Also, the product I received does not have an expiry date. Either way I will not be purchasing this from here again. My face still hasn’t recovered!

Although I can't give a full comprehensive review of this product as this is my first day of use, I am AMAZED at how this feels on my skin. I'm embarrassed to say that most of my adult life I have avoided sunscreen because even at 52, I have acne prone skin, blackheads and any kind of sunscreen I've ever used has either made me break-out, feel like a grease slick or has made my makeup slip off. I literally hate it. But THIS! I was wary. I have never paid this much for sunscreen or really any "beauty product", but because of the high volume of great reviews I thought I would give it a try. So far, I'm incredibly impressed. I've worn it all day (it's now 9:20 pm) and my skin still feels great to the touch (not greasy or matte) and my makeup still looks fresh!! My only negative is the price. This is awfully expensive for facial sunscreen but given the sensitivity and reactivity of my skin it's an investment i'm willing to make. Regarding some of the reviews about receiving counterfeit product. Mine looks completely legit. There are usually telltale signs and I see none. It was well wrapped in the box with a seal over the bottle to prevent leakage, no spelling errors on the box or product and overall the packaging looks like quality. Make sure to buy from the actual Elta MD seller on Amazon. Perhaps the key is to avoid third party sellers.

Amazon is the official Canadian distributor of this product, no they are not counterfeit. Make sure you are purchasing directly from Amazon and not a reseller. This is by far the best facial sunscreen I have ever used. It's so lightweight, completely matt, has no white cast, and works beautifully under makeup. Yes it has a bit of a smell but it fades almost immediately. There is no added frangrance which for me is very important. I love that it has niacinimide in it. I have sensitive, eczema-prone skin but I can use this on my eyelids without any issue. 100% recommend it.

Not pleased with the lack of response from the seller. The other products I purchased were of very good quality but alas I will look for a different brand of sunscreen.
