I’ve been using this sunscreen for years but this is my first time buying the tinted option. First I want to say that if I have applied this sunscreen it protects me from getting burned. I ordered this as I have been buying the Elta MD products from my dermatologist's office but they don't stock this item .
I wanted something that would hold up to the heat and oppressive humidity we live with here along the Gulf coast. Here, makeup , especially foundation just slides off and is a waste . This sunscreen goes on well , no odor that I can detect . I find it is better to apply a thin layer, let it dry and add another layer. I start with this sunscreen, add concealer, blush , a bit of eyeliner and a sheer lip gloss for my " Summer face ". Great for every day or going out casually. I feel like my face is made up , but not heavily and it won't melt off with the slightest exhertion. I give it 4 stars as I wish it had a bit more pigment. I love the Elta MD products and this is definitely one I would buy again.

I really love this sunscreen! It has a great amount of zinc oxide in it, but it isn't hard to rub in. In the past I had face suncreens that would pill up under my make up, but I don't have that problem with elta MD. I am very fair-skinned and the tinted still works on me.
