Product Description

Dietary Supplement. Sodium free. Calorie free. Sugar free. Makes water into sports water instantly! Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Calcium, and Chromium. ElectroMix drink when prepared according to direction has a nutritionally balanced electrolyte composition ideal in sports waters. Since Alacer has no control over the procedures used to make the drink or the quality of water used, Alacer cannot assume liability for the quality of the drink mix prepared. Another high technology dietary supplement from Alacer. Makes water into sports water instantly! Nearly every living person is deficient in some of the electrolytes, especially is this true of Potassium. Potassium is by far the major element in the cell. Indeed, the healthy cell requires 20 times as much Potassium as Sodium. On the other hand, the daily intake of Sodium is 10 to 38 times the actual requirement. Thus, it is very important to get electrolytes with extra Potassium, which can help to overcome the excess of Sodium in most diets. So whether it's from your kitchen tap or some stylish European bottler, with ElectroMix you'll still get more benefits than from the average sports drink, while drinking water, the beverage your body wants, craves, and needs the most. ElectroMix tastes great, has a hint of lemon-lime, and comes with 36 packets per box. ElectroMix is an ideal addition to virtually any beverage, providing the electrolytes your body needs. I rely on these to add electrolytes into my water bottle when working out and to help replace them when I am ill. No added sugar, just what is necessary - an absolute must to have on you when traveling.

I have been using this regularly for the last 2 or 3 years. I use this in my regular commute on my bike several times each week. I also use it for other workouts and hiking. The summers are hot and humid where I live and I sweat like mad on my bike. I use this in my bike bottles as well as before and after. If I cycle several days in a row, I tend to get cramps. My anecdotal evidence is that this definitely helps with cramping, fatigue, and recovery.

It works for me because I don't like all the sugar in most sports drinks. It has a slight salty lemon taste when mixed in 1 litre of water. Sometimes I mix it with a little sports drink powder to give it some flavor without too much sugar.

This is good for people who just want the electrolytes without all of the sugar and artificial colors or flavors. I tend to drink water during the work out, then the mixed water when I am done with the work out. It seems to do the trick of replacing my electrolytes. I would recommend this for anyone who just want the electrolytes. There is no taste to the mixed drink. Tastes very much like watered down orange/lemon juice, which is an accurate description.

It is so good! It tastes great and has no calories-even my 11 year old daughter likes it. I had never heard of a sports drink with no calories! You can add your own sugar or splenda (we'll use lemon Stevia sometimes) if you feel like it sweet; as much or little as you want. Each packet makes 1 quart making this a very very good deal!!!!!

I'm sure that this is a useful product. However it is not close to a complete electrolyte supplement. We purchased this for my mother in law. She continues to be borderline hyponatemic. I believe it is misleading to advertise this as an electrolyte drink and be "sodium free". The product was recommended by two friends who knew of her condition but were unaware this product lacked sodium -- a basic and important electrolyte. The list of main electrolytes is: Sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate, phosphate, sulfate. Of this list of main electrolytes ElectroMix has calcium, magnesium and potassium.
