Here's the problem. I created a few jigs using the 50" as a template. I created fences, etc, to fit over, and snug with, the rails. the jig works as a great guide for placement of my saws offsets to the blade.
Got the 24" in yesterday thinking that both of them are 2.5" wide. I was surprised to find that they 24" is a little bit wide than the 50" so all my jigs will have to be redone for the 24". Not happy about it at all. It really calls into question a company that defines itself as a 'machining' company but it can't create two products at a 2-1/2" width accurately.
I'm sure I'll use it but not as much as the 50" which sorta sucks for shorter pieces. Really let down.
