I own a number of Emile Henry baking dishes and absolutely love every single one of them. They bake evenly, they can go in the oven, freezer, dishwasher without you worrying that the glaze will develop cracks, the material does not absorb water or food smells (one of my expensive mistake-purchases does that and now I cannot use it in the house as it emits smell of roast - I use it as a planter on the patio now), AND it is so beautiful you can bring it to your festive table with pride. It is also very sturdy, which means you can wash it by hand and not worry about breaking it by just bumping it gently in the sink (one of my other mistake-purchases ended up in garbage after a couple of uses). The shape of the pie dish is gorgeous with the decorative edge, which also makes it easy to lift even in oven mitts. I especially love the apple green and white combination, which brings a piece of Provence right into your kitchen.
