About the Author
She holds a degree in Applied Science, rides American Quarter horses, gardens, and can often be found on the back of her husband's Suzuki M109 motorcycle.
Her debut novel "Let's Do Lunch," set in Elizabethtown Kentucky, was published as an e-book in 2010. Starting in December 2011, it hit the Amazon UK Bestseller's List where it spent 10 weeks, peaking at number eight for 10 days. The novel is available as an e-book and as a paperback.
She followed with 'Swallow the Moon' a Paranormal Romance set in her old home town of Ashtabula Ohio, available as an e-book and as a paperback.
Her new Young Adult series is 'Horsewomen of the Zombie Apocalypse' consists of three books: 'The Emissary: Journey'; 'The Emissary: Arrival'; and 'The Emissary: Homeward.' The fourth book in the series 'The Healer' tells the story of Alexis McLeod and her adventures at Fort Chatten, and is due sometime in early 2018.
She says of her writing: "I write the stories that I want to read, stories written for the head as well as the heart. There are no 'ripped bodices' in my fiction, but you will find complex plots, strong women, charming criminals, wounded heroes, mad artists, and the occasional haunted motorcycle."
