Chapter one reads well & sets up her premise, but by chapter two I'm already taking notes & applying the concepts in my life!
I can wholeheartedly recommend Emotional Grit as the antidote to so much that needs improving across the board in leadership positions among families, communities or nations! Things could be a lot better & this book outlines several ways of moving in that direction in each of our own lives!
