There are many books on Employee Engagement, but Brad puts it all together in a concise and easy read. Supported with years of direct experience and data, Brad identifies what should be a standard, strategic culture for successful organizations. This is especially true in today's economic environment where it is critical for organizations to concentrate on engaging their employees to maintain focus and promote trust during uncertain times. This should be a required read for any MBA program.

Kudos to Brad for being able to both qualitatively and quantitatively put on paper a guidebook of "common sense" for business. In two words, Brad "gets it".

I have read, enjoyed and most importantly used the concepts in Brad's book.

As a training and development professional I have applied the "attitudes" section in certain workshops I conduct. Participants have embraced the concept and developed action plans around how to implement the content.

In addition I fully support Brad's concepts and beliefs about behavioral interviewing and on-boarding. Also, the book provides solid information about maintaining employee relationships well beyond the typical on-boarding time period for newer employees.

I highly recommend it.
