Its good to read about good decent people and their lives together. It makes you think with what is going on I the world today that there are still people who have faith inGod a and try to live by the commandments.

I enjoy books about the Amish. This one was good as it shows how the Amish have problems thrown at them but how they find the strength to deal and recover.
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys these books.

I have never read anything by Sarah Price before this book. Maybe I found it to be slightly boring because I've never read any of her works. It seemed a bit repetitive. I also would've liked to of known from the beginning of the book what time. This took place instead of cleaning information in the book itself especially since I'm not familiar with the Amish way of life. I do respect the gentleness of the writing.

I so enjoyed this book. I was at a time in my life where the stresses of this world were having affect on my life. I decided to pick a book and well I choose this one. It was very relaxing for me

Enjoyed this book as it had a biblical message. The characters were real with struggles we face in our lives. In the end the peace came through the faith in God and His grace. I would recommend this book to my friends and family.

I enjoyed reading this book very much and recommend it to anybody that enjoys reading Amish books. Sarah Price is a very good author of the Amish books. I have read several of hers.

A slow, boring book. Rosanna was very annoying. She complained about almost everything. She, apparently, helped everyone in her community but she did it begrudgingly, not with a willing heart. It was never clear why Reuben was so taken with Nan and seemed to follow her every suggestion. When he became a preacher, it should have been a wonderful moment rather than viewed as impending drudgery. The accident could have been prevented. An attempt to prevent it should have been made. More casualties could have resulted. Gloria and her daughter appeared to be simply ridiculous. The subject of mental illness was interesting, but, more or less, just made the book continue on its dreary way.

Was a good read . Mental illness effects all walks of life. Christian can have difficulty coping with life's stressors. .

This was a well written book. Different from a lot of Amish novels. I really enjoyed it and found it hard to lay down.. Wonderful Job Sarah Price.
