For those of you really ready to make some changes with money going forward, I think you will find this book very helpful!
While I like the ideas at the beginning of the book (explaining financial ideas like opportunity cost and sunk cost), the back of the book shines. While budgeting is something few people like, Birken shows you how to set up a budget that works for the way you "worry." Managing your daily finances and money decisions will always be a little difficult, but this book gives you a guide that makes decisions easier and also gives you the satisfaction that you probably made the right decision (for you!) along the way. Disclosure: Emily Guy Birken appeared on our podcast, the Stacking Benjamins show. I received a review copy of the book. However, I receive LOTS of review copies and rarely give reviews.
