Endgame is my first Tiye Love read and I'm just tickled that it's a series. My normal route with a new-to-me author would be to just purchase the first book. If I enjoy the writers storytelling and writing style, then I would purchase the next book in the series.
But with this Endgame Trilogy, I didn't even bother wasting any time. Bought all three books and commenced to reading Zoe and Michael's story.
And being a huge football fan just made this purchase even better. Just the whole thing of Michael being a quarterback and switching teams.
I loved Zoe's occupation and how these two were brought together. After Zoe and Michael meet, I was delighted and relieved when Zoe's partner Paula was supportive. Now, I don't know if Paula will remain supportive because there's two more books and who knows what secrets have yet to be revealed. But for right now, that made me extremely happy. I don't like writing spoilers in my reviews, so I won't start now and stop right here.
Book #2, Game Time, up next.

If I could offer one word of advice it would be to slow the story down because it seemed to rush through what was happening. More descriptive language about how each character reacted would be good. Every now and then I lost track of who was saying what.
