Our nightmare began when we tried to remove the giant sticker. By using a metal scraper, goo gone, magic eraser, brillow pad, our fingernails, and lots of cuss words, we finally got the sticker and its residue peeled off of the table. You can definitely still see where the sticker was, and there are a few scratches from the scraper.
Needless to say, we were pretty pissed off about that!
Sturdy plastic stands up to wear & tear from our active 2 year old.
It's the perfect size for a toddler to eat or color etc.
Colors are vibrant but not obnoxious.
Super easy to clean.
Cons- this thing is so light, with no grip on the bottom, that my son fell several times trying to sit down because he'd push it right away from him without meaning to. And this was on our living room carpet. No booboos and he got the hang of it, but if your child is a bulldozer like mine, watch out. Some kind of grippy material on the bottom would be a real improvement.
The hole in the middle for the umbrella is like a written invitation for your little one to put food, etc. in the hole if you don't have/use the umbrella. It's also an issue when coloring but not a huge deal.
I still like the table, and my son loves it, but knowing what I know now I probably wouldn't buy it again without some kind of non-skid material on the bottom.
The first problem that I encountered was the huge label that was plastered to the top of the table (right where the kids would be eating/working) would not come off. It looks so bad and finally had to use lighter fluid to get the label off.
The table is very sturdy but not easy to set-up and take down. Also the picture shows two children per side but that is not altogether true. Most of the time, only one child fit comfortably.
I would buy these again only if i were using it in the backyard for only two children to use.
