The jack you see attached is a 3-way, so it should fit a variety of devices. When not in use, it folds down to about 7.5"x9" and about 3/4" thick at the point of greatest depth.
Note: the instructions say to NOT let it get wet. IF it does get wet, DRY IT OFF ASAP....but that's not an insurmountable issue, given the convenience it offers.
Does it work? Yes. Will it fully charge your phone? Perhaps, if there is more sun available than I had, and if your phone is turned off while charging.
A little tip, leave your phone under the panels while charging so it doesn't overheat.
Configuration: keeping the Kickr 4 outside my pack while hiking in open terrain provided ample charge to my 10,000ma battery. 2 days with open terrain and clear sun, no problem charging to capacity. First start from about 22% and second start from 30%. After charging phones at night. Third day, mostly in shelter of forest canopy, hiking towards sun, thus not exposing cell completely to sunlight. 7 hours and only 66% charge from ~ 20% start. Not bad for the lack of exposure.
Unit comes with four elastic bands to attach with, or hold it closed. Not the best quality bands, as one broke on attaching to my pack, but an easy fix.
Overall , a good budget product with good trail durability, and good power capacity.
I noticed other mobile products saying 20watts versus 6 here, but some of reviewers siad their 20 watt charger was really on 3 watts.
