Not for outlets in the US. Wish there were pics of this listed under the item pics. Waited a month for this.......thanks for nothing Amazon. I guess this is what happens when Amazon gets diluted with abundant of sellers from all over.

Plugged it in and it immediately failed, burning the bottom right corner (see pic). If it had taken a few minutes to fail then there is a chance that it could have burned my house down but luckily I was there to remove it as soon as it failed! I'm sure this is an unlikely scenario and you would be fine if you bought one but none the less I can only rate on my experience.
