The language is refreshingly simple and straightforward and his explanation of traditional Chinese medicinal practices is easy to comprehend. He takes these principles and translates them into how our busy Western-culture, energy-draining lives can be re-energized across four key pillars:

The book is full of simple, practical advice across these four areas to restore the body's natural energy levels. There is nothing complex about his advice and no strict formulas or diets to follow.
