It is one of the most interesting and informative books that I have ever read! It taught me so much about myself and the power of my thoughts; I have no doubt that you have helped many other people around the world. And now, you are teaching us how to help ourselves by learning your techniques.
If your techniques were taught in our schools, the world would be a better, healthier, and more peaceful place. We all certainly do have more healing energy than we ever believe. And "Yes"! We should not be relying on the pharmaceutical companies and M.D.'s for our healing.
I particularly enjoyed Chapter 14, where you raised the question: "Why are people still getting sick? Why is it that there is still no cure for the common cold?" Maybe Dr. Valerie Hunt was right when she suggests that: “medicine has never cured anything. The body cures itself."
You also pointed out that: “more people are obese, committing suicide, being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases and dying of cancer than ever before. There is often a feeling of hopelessness as well as helplessness when patients realize their meditations are making them feel worse and that they are supposed to continue using them for the rest of their lives.”
Wonderful, eye opening. Please keep up your good work.
