- Make sure this fits by entering your model number.
- Durability is superior for cars, trucks and SUVs; road salt, oil, and a host of other common under car contaminants will eventually destroy the rubber bushings on your vehicles, not to mention the weight and torque forces that typically compress rubber
- Hyper-Flex replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently
- Hyper-Flex is offered in a variety of durometers (firmness or softness), depending on product application; performance tested and race proven; used for all of Energy Suspension products that require a higher level of performance and durability
- If you are modifying, building a new vehicle for scratch or restoring an old one, Energy Suspension's Hyper-Flex performance polyurethane should be the 'ground zero' focus of your present and next vehicle plans
- Over two decades of in-house experience in innovating, engineering and formulating a wide selection of polyurethane components for many different industries, Energy Suspension has qualified as a premier manufacturer of high quality polyurethane products

All petty observation, for the most part. The reason for 4 star, rather than 5, is because I noticed that this particular formula does freeze at temps around low 20's. Does not freeze solid, but definitely affects apparent viscosity. Like a sickly, molasses slush still.. able to be smeared around while adhesion properties are slightly reduced. In this state, the majority of a coated component could be wiped off quite effortlessly with a finger. In warmer temperatures, it would be rather difficult, if not impossible, to wipe away the same amount in a single wipe.
All in all, it does it's job and I also applied some to regular rubber, such as ball joint boots and rubber portions of various other components.
So after preparing to throw money at the problem (read- different endlinks) I looked into other options before plunking down $200-ish on new endlinks.
I found a few options but the grease from Energy Suspension (Part 9.11104) is supposed to be pretty good for the poly bushings so I pulled the trigger on a tub of it from here on Amazon. At the price, it was worth a shot.
I decided that I should wait until it was 30 degrees outside (sarcasm) before trying the install but after about an hour of slippery tools and debris falling off of the bottom of the car I finished up the install. The endlnks were good but the bushings were bone dry.
After the application of the ES lubricant the noise was 100% gone. I am about a month (15000 miles) in after the install and am very happy.
I have zero negs at the moment to provide about this lubricant, though I don't have many miles on it after a recent full front-end bushing replacement in my Toyota pickup. The bushing replacement entirely eliminated the squeaks that plagued me for years, and this lubricant is key to that positive result.
Do make sure to wear unbroken nitrile or rubber gloves when applying it, as no amount of cleaning with a towel will get it off your fingers. Since it's immune to most solvents, removal from skin may be best achieved through a several-step procedure starting with rubbing off most of it using sawdust or similar absorbent particles, then a pumice- or grit-based cleaner, then a few cleanings with soap or other detergents and water.
Given that I have bushings to do on two vehicles, I opted for the small tub of this lubricant, rather than the tiny, expensive ampules. This way also, I can apply as much lubricant as is necessary, rather than hope the small tubes provide enough. One of these small tubs is now down an inch or so from the lid, after greasing all surfaces of eight bushings (upper and lower) plus sway bar bushings and front shock bushings. I estimate it would easily be sufficient to do an entire vehicle -- suspension arm bushings, sway bar bushings, shock bushings, body bushings, and steering damper bushings.
If you upgrade your car or truck with polyurethane bushings, you need this grease! An 8 oz tub will last a long time and you will be able to install your bushings easier. Just a note that this grease is for bushings like shock bushings or sway-bar end link or control arm bushings...NOT for lubricating tie rods and u- joints, etc.
This grease is extremely thick and will stick to everything, so you will need a decent amount of shop towels and rubber gloves. If you get it on your clothes, DON'T wash them with your other laundry. Actually, I wore some really old clothes and just threw them away.
Again, this grease is thick and is designed to stay in and on your bushings, keeping them from binding and squeaking.

I have also heard that it can be used to lubricate window and door weatherstripping which is (synthetic) foam rubber under smooth rubber, and can stick to the vehicle in winter, tearing the weatherstripping and forcing you to replace it (wait until spring). I haven't tried that application yet, but will, and if possible will post back with my findings.
This is extremely sticky lubricant that will stay wherever it's put. Use *very* sparingly, and use a tool of some sort rather than your fingers, as it definitely will stick to your skin and probably require an aggressive hand cleaner to remove. (I don't think it's harmful, just annoyingly sticky).
It is also more than adequate as far as slipperiness goes, so you may find other uses, such as quieting a sticky hinge or drawer slide.
Although the tub is not huge ... the 8 oz fit into a tub about the same diameter and roughly half the height of a coke can ... once you examine the lube it will become obvious this is essentially a lifetime supply.
Arrived quickly and well packed ... no issues to report with the vendor, who, based on this experience, I would recommend.
I also used this on my window regulators to grease them up after 20 years of use, they operate silky smooth again.
Wear gloves!!! Normal auto hand cleaner does not remove this, ask me how i know....
Instale el juego de bujes energy en la suspension delantera de mi Honda Civic 1997, sin embargo la grasa incluida en los bujes NO fue suficiente por lo cual me vi en la necesidad de adquirir la grasa por separado.
