If you are even remotely thinking of starting a business or trying to figure out how to improve moral in a stagnant work environment, I would recommend this book. The tools are mapped out for you in an easy thought provoking program called Evoloshen. Use the tools laid out in this book and put plans in place to retain your best star employees. This book offers food for thought before hanging a shingle and open the doors for business.
I have been recommending this book by the buckets full and if you are at a place in your business you need to make changes. BUY ENGAGE! First book I have read with a plan that will work for a company of any size. Karin and Sergio have inspired me to use this system with my clients.
