"..an excellent format that is easy to follow. This is primarily due to the use of symbols throughout the text. They are clearly set out in a key at the start and due to their consistent use, they bring clarity to the explanation of the case law without adding further text."

Dr Eleanor Harries, Lecturer in Law, Bristol Law School, UWE --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

GREAT FOR AS LAW STUDENTS WITH OCR OR WJEC EXAM BOARDS!

The author Jacquenline Martin, is inchage of both of those exam boards law exams, therefore you probably have more chance of passing the A level law exams, with WJEC or OCR, with this book, than one written by someone else.

Also it's really easy to follow, read it over a few times and make notes. I can not stress how useful it is for people doing AS LEVEL LAW WITH WJEC OR OCR!
