I've been using this regularly for some time now. I love it. I love the ease of use, easy to clean, stores nicely. I use this to make things using essence oils. A lot of them (especially citric ones) eat the plastic bowls that come with most other small choppers/food processors. So my favorite thing about this one is that the bowl is glass!

This is, by far, the best chopper I've ever had. I'm keeping it out on my counter all the time. It's uncomplicated. Just set the bowl on the stand with no twisting to secure it in place. Great for arthritic hands. Simply push the top down to chop. It's fast. Whole unit is very easy cleaning.

I bought this for my mother-in-law. We were looking for one that was easy to use (the problem with the larger bulkier ones is that she's elderly and no longer has the strengh in her hands to disassemble them). This was advertised as a simple three step process. As soon as we received it we opened it up, washed it in warm water, dried it and tried it out. It's awesome!!! I wished I'd of gotten one for myself.

broke / started smoking during use, broken motor 1 month after receiving. ! 5.5 oz can of soft cat food and 3 oz canned pumpkin. use it every 4-5 days only, very disappointed. Won't buy again.Also the bottom of the glass is impossible to clean / rinse properly as center column is screwed in to plastic base. So if you have hard water at all, there will always be a white residue on the bottom. China.
