After a year and four of months of owning this wine fridge, I haven't had any issues up to this point. The right side, which holds my white wines, is displaying a temperature of 55 Degrees Fahrenheit (it should be 45 degrees) and no matter what I do, it will not adjust to below 55 degrees. I have tried un-plugging and plugging back the fridge to no avail. I will reach out to Wine Enthusiast and see what gives and see if they can do anything for me.I will post an update at a later time after I speak with them and see how they treat this issue.
I reached out to Wine Enthusiast and the customer service was really amazing and professional. The customer service is based out of the USA which I thought was odd considering how many companies are outsourcing their customer service to places like India. Anyway, I spoke to the Wine Enthusiast rep, explained the problem and after a few questions, he determined that it would be best to ship out a new unit even though the unit was past its warranty so that's really amazing that they were able to do that. Very awesome Wine Enthusiast!! That's how you keep 'em coming back. But anyway, I received the new unit a week later, waited the required 24 hours before plugging it in, and to my dismay the new unit is also bad. I have already contacted Wine Enthusiast and they will either be shipping me a new one or send a technician to replace the part. More updates to follow.
