That said, I have heard the principles in this book over and over, but there are still some great takeaways here. Entrebusiness is really a story about Jackson Strong and how he learns 7 important business principles in one night. Here are my three favorite principles from the book based on experience:
* Find out what motivates your employees and use it to motivate them. Very helpful - Jared gives eight different motivators that drive people, and figuring out how to tweak your systems to match your employees will grow your bottom line.
* Write down your plan because structure fulfills purpose. Writing your five year, one year, quarterly, weekly, and daily goals is the best way to start doing more.
* Don't be afraid to think differently and ask for help. As an entrepreneur who works by myself most of the time, its still weird for me to talk about my business and seek help from the outside. But, it works, and works really well.
Recommended, but all of these principles are more about doing than learning about them. Find a business coach who you can work with and start making progress, will be the best investment you make this year.
