The wisdom and advice offered by these 28 entrepreneurs is invaluable -- whether you're in your 20s, 30s or 60s. If you're looking to reinvent yourself, Entrepreneur Intervention serves up inspiration that will jump start your journey. Excellent!
What inspired me the most, is that so many people wrote that they didn't start their business for the purposes of making money but instead to do something that they loved or believed in. So often we hear about big corporations only chasing the dollars, but this book shows that there are real people out there doing and creating things because they love it and not for the dollars it makes them. I think this book will make a wonderful christmas present to family and friends that hate their job. I know I will be sharing it with several of my friends!
Live the dream...
Here are 28 successful entrepreneurs that have lived my dream of becoming an entrepreneur and for the price of this book, they share with me how they did it. What a huge contribution for such a small price.
I have always thought of starting and running my own business as being beyond my possibility, I can now see the path and understand that I'm not alone. Being an entrepreneur has always been what I wanted to be but at the same time it has always been a mystery to me; how do I get an idea, how do I start a business, how do I get financing, how do I, how do I, how do I, etc. My 'how's' are answered several different ways and my excitement of taking that first step is now not so scary. The roadmap is here in this book.
I now realize that the only thing that was, and is, holding me back is me.
