Cavanaugh L. Gray is life-long entrepreneur and educator with a degree in Finance, Marketing and a Certification in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As Founder and Director of Business Development for The Entrepreneur Cafe, LLC (www.ecafellc.com), Cavanaugh has almost two decades of small business training and business development experience with a focus on small to medium and home-based businesses. He specializes in business and strategic planning, marketing strategy, and entrepreneurial education. His diverse background spans advertising, media & publishing, technology, events management, energy and nonprofit industries. His contributions on the subject of entrepreneurship have been featured in a variety of media including Entrepreneur Magazine. Cavanaugh has taught Small Business Management and Integrated Marketing Communications at the college level and founded the Young Entrepreneurs Program (www.yep4youth.org) in 1998.
