I wasn't really impressed with these books at all. I can't get on board with the overwhelming positive reviews, and I really tried. I would suggest reading a preview before jumping in, I wish I had. Apart from the overwhelming amount of typos, grammatical errors, and repeated words (errors), I didn't care for the authors writing style; it was kind of annoying. The characters were just ok, nothing great. Nothing to keep me coming back for more. I was getting sick of the endless explanations and repetitious details of Tommy thoughts and feelings from the start. The author repeated himself within the same paragraph, saying the same thing over and over. I get that it was supposed to add up to character development, but for me it was a big fail. Too much talking, not enough action. At times it also felt like some parts were written by another author. In the midst of a 3 page description, you would get a paragraph or two that didn't feel like it fit in with the rest of book. The writing style seemed to be totally different. You spend 99% of the books reading about run-on details, with very little action or build-up and then when the climax of the book comes, it's over in about a page or two and the book is done. I love the overall theme and creativeness behind the idea of the series, but it just fell flat for me. Disappointing.

This series picks up after Vampire Love Story.Tells you how Tommy & Josiah met. You'll see it from a Werewolves point of view...and will fall in love with Tommy and perhaps understand him better. I loved this series!

this was probably one if the worst books that I have ever read. if was clearly unedited. the main character is a narcissistic moron who constantly had to remind the reader that he has a mustang and likes to dress in black. he was a smartass, to me unlikable, and too much of a cliche. oh he's a dude. he has to talk like a dude. he has a hot body apparently. both the main woman were the "most beautiful woman he had ever seen". the climax of the book was non-existent. he talked to some guy who may have killed his friend and then blacks out as he turns into a wolf. the books were a jumble of cheap and there was no reason to make this look like a box set of books. not a single one could stand on its own. I wish I could get my 5 bucks back.

I just finished part one of this series and I must say I am hooked on Tommy, as I am into martial arts myself. I don't do it, i just like it. I used to help my brother out when he was practicing. Tommy sure didn't know what he was getting himself in for when he started chatting up his new found friend Sasha. She was about to turn his life upside down and he hadn't a clue. No matter where she went, there was trouble. And Tommy didn't want anything to do with it. But, sometimes you don't have a choice. I am not going to give you all the story. You have to buy the book. But what I can tell you is that the book kept me interested until the very end and I really can't wait to read part two. Good writing J.R.

I read the rave reviews of these books and so I thought "what the heck? it's only a couple of dollars." Well, I am now out a couple of dollars for the worst--and I mean THE worst book(s)I have EVER tried to read. So poorly written, stupid story, empty characters. It is honestly something an 8 year old kid would write. I cannot even describe how bad this book is. I somehow managed to gag down about a third of the way through the first book. Life is too short, I am not going to even attempt to finish them. The reviews singing the phrases of these books, and all books by this "author" are clearly fakes to get you to plunk down your hard-earned money on this crap. I gave the book one star ONLY because one star must be given (I couldn't give zero stars or I would have).

This set was my introduction to HT Night and what an intro it was! I absolutely love the flow of these books! The story line moves along so fluidly. The characters are developed very well and not so over the top to be unbelievable... quite a feat in a werewolf book. There were quite a few laugh out loud moments which led to me recapping what had happened to lead to me laughing. There was lots of action, and even a couple moments where tears were shed. I liked Tommy from page 1 and grew to love him through the books. Now I did read the series out of order... but in the correct time line as I am moving on to the Vampire Love Story next then I will swoop around and pick up the 4th book from this series. HT Night has a new fan in me!!!
