In November, CA is going to pass a statewide ban on single-use plastic bags. As someone who has been taking my own bags to stores since 1990, I can't wait to have the entire world transition to reusable bags.
Envirosax makes some of the best bags. Easy to use, and they hold a lot of heavy items. Easy to wash, quick dry them outside.
I only wish the company would come up with better prints. One thing Envirosax definitely needs to do is make bags which are more masculine in design. (Guys take their own bags, too, Envirosax.)
I bought this set and am happy with the bird-of-paradise, the fiddle-leaf (darker one) design which is dark bluey-green and reddish colors, lots of leaves. The purple flowers one is nice.
The other two bags are not that pretty: kind of faded looking, non-descript.
If you haven't tried Envirosax yet, you should. Try to get them on sale. They really are great bags.
The very first time I unsnapped the pouch, all three snaps came apart from the pouch, making the snaps unusable. They are plastic and apparently are only held to the pouch by one small pin. The pouch is worthless, and now I'm worried that the tab that closes the bag which appears to use the same snap, will also fall apart.
I can go to the fabric store, get snaps and replace them I guess. But this is a major flaw, in my opinion. I'm not going to go through the hassle of returning, and will update the review if the snaps on the bags themselves come apart.
