I have psroiasis and yeast over growth in you body can make it flare up awful and I also had a yeast over growth in my naval. It cleared up my belly button and caused a decrease in the inflammation of my psoriasis. I could tell is was working after 24 hours, but it made me crave suger. I ended up giving into that craving for 2 of those days so I didn't get the full disired effect. I feel if the yeast cleans lasted a few more days and they extended the fiber it would have worked perfectly (thus the 4 stars). After the first day I felt extra energy and less slugish. I am planning on getting a second box of this. For the price it was definitely. Worth the try.

I am not sold on the effectiveness of this product. I am on the second to last day of the probiotic and fiber. I felt better the first day and avoided any and all sugars while taking this product. I think that helped more than anything. I added things back in after the cleansing part and felt the same afterwards. My tongue is hurting and has small almost cuts on it and after investigating this it is because I have an acidic pH and am wondering if this has affected my acidity and in order to "kill" the yeast and now I have another problem to battle. Which means eating lots of greens!! I drank over 12 8 oz cups of water a day while taking this and had my green smoothies and the fiber did nothing. I think the fiber in fact backed me up for a few days which hadn't been happening. I know I will not use this again, I think I will just do food detox next time, add probiotics, and eat/drink lots of greens to help absorb the toxins rather than using fiber.

I absolutely love this product. I am prone to getting yeast infection to the point where the doctors were prescibing me the yeast pill(s) once a month and I was still miserable. I started taking this product just by chance and loved it. The only thing I wasnt all that fond of was the amount of pills I had to take at one time.
