Keep up the inspiring work! I'd love to see another cookbook!
Love, Leah @veganfieldguide
Ps- I included a pic of the recipe One Pot Pasta Brah!
I made the OMG Berry Oatmeal this morning. It's soooo good!!!
And I have the Protein Lentil Stew in the I-Pot cooking up it's inner storm.
I can't wait to try this and all of the recipes.
I probably have most of the vegan cookbooks out there. And there are many, many great ones. But, what I really like about this cookbook is that I want to actually make each of the recipes. There aren't any "filler" recipes to just fill out the book.
And, I just love the fact that the Howletts came to veganism through our beloved Dr. John McDougall.
Fifteen years ago I found his books and never looked back.
Update: I have made the following in the instapot since I wrote the first part of this review: DMAN's EPIC REFRIED BEANS, PERFECT RICE (AND IT IS), BOB.COM CORN CHOWDER, CURRY IN A F@CKING HURRY, MANGO STICKY RICE, THE SLOPPIEST JOE YOU"LL EVER KNOW, CHEESY BROCCOLI POTATO SOUP, SMASHED POTATOES AND CARROT POTATO GRAVY (OH, YUM!) , PUMPKIN STEEL CUT OATS, AND, NOW MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE VEGAN MEAL ...THE CARROT POTATO SOUP (REALLY, THIS RECIPE COULD WIN AWARDS)..EVERY ONE OF THESE RECIPES IS WONDERFUL...AND IN EVERY WAY...HEALTHY, FILLING, SATISFYING AND DAMN YUMMY!!!
MY ONLY COMPLAINT?
