It's prints okay, but is really overpriced for what it does. My biggest gripe is that it will not print if any of the four cartridges is out. Even if you only need B&W and have plenty of black ink, it will not print if the yellow, or red, or blue cartridges are out. A good printer will compensate when you are out of a color, or at least let you print w/ the colors available. No. Not Epson. They are in the business of sell ink, not meeting customer needs. This is the last Epson I will ever buy.

What a piece of garbage!!! I have had this printer for about 6 months and after I used up the ink cartridges that came in the box, I bought another set and it has been downhill ever since. The inkjets are clogged and now I can only print in red/magenta. Whenever I do a cleaning, it eats up ink. I thought I was going to save money by buying refillable ink cartridges. That was another mistake, because I wasted about $30 thinking that if the print head needed cleaning I could save money. Nope, not with this bastard! If you do the print head cleaning three times, you just wasted about a fourth of your ink cartridge. I am REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALLY P.O.'d, because I am getting pretty tired of sponsoring apathetic companies that get away with selling garbage products (stronger language would have been more accurate of how I feel, but I had to "clean it up" so everybody can read it).
Personally, I would have given this printer zero stars, but that was not an option. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!

I guess this goes with everything now days but I have to say that I used to swear by Epson products. I sold them at multiple levels in different sales jobs and have used them almost exclusively for my printing needs for the last 20 years but, never again will I buy Epson!

This printer and the customer service are just the icing on the cake. I have also the RX595 printer which suddenly decided it does not want to recognize ink cartridges. Gives the message to make sure I am using an Epson cartridge. Went out and bought a complete set for about $90 and of course nothing. Well, I figured I'd work that out later and picked up this workforce 615.

I was very excited about this printer as my main focus was on a quality machine with built in wireless. Well, the machine still works although the print quality to me any way is a bit disappointing. Maybe I was just expecting too much after the 595. The real problem is that the wireless in this printer went out after about 3 months. I went through all of Epson's online support and FAQ's to no avail. Sent an email and they told me it was probably the printer and I should call for warranty. Really, after only 3 months, that sucks but OK. I called and for over an hour was on the phone with tech support. They insisted that even though it will work wire to the router and even though all other wireless devices work and nothing has been changed at the house it can't possibly the printer. I asked for a supervisor and of course "Joe" the person I was passed to hung up on me! Spent another hour on the phone today with some tech that kept telling me to check my computer and router settings even though the printer showed that it's wireless was disabled and would not come on. Well, OK I'll go along.

This printer prints well. No question. It is reliable and has the ability to print color images nicely.

However, the ink is very expensive and the printer does not allow all the ink in the cartridge to be used when printing. It says the ink is low and will not finish the job until the cartridges are replaced. Overall, it has been expensive to purchase genuine Epson ink and it's just a slap in the face when the printer says that the genuine cartridge is empty and its not! (I broke one open because I could hear some in when I shook it.

When I purchased it I thought I could buy the knockoff cartridges however this has proven to be somewhat difficult. Some knockoff cartridges have a computer chip that fools the printer into thinking it genuine Epson ink and then when you try to print something they don't work. In addition, some knockoffs don't even have a chip that works so you'll never know if they work or not because the printer rejects them.
Update:

I purchased a black Epson cartridge because I really needed to print a bunch of papers for school. It cost me $17 dollars at one of the big box stores. When that cartridge ran out I took a chance with these knockoffs and they worked perfectly!!Epson Compatible Cartridge Ink # 69 T069 6 Pack Combo 3 Black, 1 Cyan, 1 Magenata, 1 Yellow but the ink quality is not nearly as good.

Wifi Connectivity: the WiFi connectivity allows you to print without having to connect your computer to the printer - great for families with multiple computers that all use the printer.

Photo Printing: good looking photos when Epson ink and photo paper is used.
