Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This is a tea that I stumbled across while looking for something else. As a green tea lover, I am always happy to try a new variety. This is a delicious tea, right behind my beloved imperial gunpowder.
This tea is so flavorful, I just can't find a green tea I prefer to it - even at expensive looseleaf tea shops. When this isn't in stock at my local natural foods store I order it here.
I purchased a single box at the local grocery store for drinking at work. I have brewed a cup three different times and no matter what I do, it tastes absolutely horrible. Very bitter.
I do not use boiling water and I try not to leave the bag steeping too long. I don't know why my experience differs from the other reviewers.
I am a long time tea lover and I especially love loose leaf teas. I was so disappointed with this tea.
I'd like to give it less, but o settled on 3 stars because it is organic and free trade.
I order this tea on a regular basis. This is the first time I was shorted by two boxes with no explanation. On 11/16/2020, I received another box of the tea. If my math is correct, one plus one equals two, not three. I am still shorted by one box.
