I've been struggling with neck pains for a year and tried a bunch of things - saw a physiatrist, attempted physical therapy, ergonomic assessment at work, even switched to using 100% down pillows, all without any luck.
Just a few weeks ago I started setting up my home office and thought this will be a nice addition. It arrived just before COVID-19 hit the US and my team was asked to WFH. I've been using it for a week now and I am completely cured of my neck pain.
It's very comfortable, supportive and made from quality parts.
At under $200, it's a game changer and I will be getting another one for work.
I highly recommend it and can't wait to see the end of COVID so I can go back to doing squats and deadlifts in the gym.

HOW TO USE IT?
- When tilted all the way to the back, you need to pull the tilt control handle out, then you can tilt all the way back.
- When you need to let tilt fix, you need to push the tilt control handle in, then the chair will not spring back.
- If you want to return to vertical position, please pull the tilt control handle out again, then tilt back a little bit more, Lean back slightly, When you hear a creak, then you can release, the chair back to the vertical position.
- For the up and down function, please don't touch the buttock, and please don't pull out the tilt control handle, just pull it up, then you can use the up function.

my best work from home office chair

Bought this for two things. It's design and the high back head rest. I'm not a big fan of assembling, in fact I hate it, but it turned out to be smoother and easier than I anticipated. The backrest is curved which not only blends nicely with my little desk but is supportive and comfortable. You can "really recline" on this chair as well...I mean waaaay back to the point where I thought I broke it because I'm a big guy (220pds). But that's how it's made. The buttons for the arms are on the arms and not under the arm rests which I prefer so they don’t accidentally engage because I have a habit of putting my hands at the edge of the arm rests. So almost daily since I work at home and after hours on my computer, I lean way back with my head comfortably on the head rest and catch a nap between skype calls.
