A great addition to my climbing work outs. I'm using 18cm quick draws to hang mine from 3/8 bolt hangers. 3 inch diameter is fine for my extra large hands, even if my pinky finger isn't doing much, but I would really like to add something 4.5 inch and above for sloper training.
I find doing chin and pull ups on balls like these way harder on my shoulders than a fixed bar, so I try not to use every day of the week or go too crazy.
Still holding up strong after my 180lb weight and living in an occasionally 100F humid Texas garage. The wood is kind on skin. Grip certainly improved by a little chalk.

At first I thought it would be way too greasy or poorly made but not anymore. I've had the chance to test atomics bombs and these at my local gym and honestly these are way better. They don't hurt your hands as quick which would be nice for beginner climbers who hands aren't as strong. Also they just a lit cheaper. Defenetly going to buy the new set because they have become easy. Defenetly would recommend.

Perfect purchase for me. I can train my hand grip a number of different ways using these. I use these with chalk and they are good. I like to coat them with chalk and then get to working out. I didnt want to go with the rock style grips due to cost and these are harder to grip anyways
