UPDATE So now I've tried the cookies in the book. Don't waste your money on this cookbook. There are plenty of free recipes on Pinterest that are much better than the ones in this book. I'm wondering if they were proofread? Some don't have a leavening agent in the ingredients. I'm wondering if anyone tested them other than the writer. The doughs are very sticky and soft, making flat cookies much of the time. A waste of ingredients and a waste of money on the book.
Brianna will give you the tips you need to make the perfect soft sugar cookie cut-outs and tell you how to quickly frost or fill dozens of cookies. Did you know that some recipes are better, when you use melted butter vs. softened butter? She'll tell you what part of the egg to use to give your cookies that perfect texture. Brianna's tips are very useful, especially how to store your cookies to keep them soft and fresh, even in the freezer! By using this Gluten-Free Cookie Guide you will prepare delicious gluten-free cookies, that you never thought possible and give you the knowledge to create your own!
