Nail poking out of armrest

I bought this for my son for Christmas and I asked him today how he was liking the chair and he said it is fine, except for there is a nail poking out of one of the armrests. For $120 I would expect much better quality and I am very disappointed to hear this. He lives in another state so returning it would be more hassle than it's worth so he will just deal with it but it is very disappointing that for a chair that costs $120, there is a nail poking through the armrest already. Not exactly comfortable for him w to have a nail poking his arm every time he uses the chair.

Bought this for my Husband Frank for Christmas. Put it together by myself. It was very easy to assemble. All parts fit together perfectly. Comfortable. Not sure what the weight restrictions are on it but he’s 6’3 250lbs and fits very comfortably in the chair.

Très déçus! Le prix ne correspond pas à la qualité. Les faux cuir sont très fins et fragiles. La couture centrale du dossier est complètement désalignée par rapport à l’assise. Le dossier de penche du côté droit et la finition des coutures arrière est plus qu'ordinaire. Les accoudoirs sont difformes et ne sont pas alignés. Les trous de fixation des accoudoirs sont désalignés et les caches de finitions ont le même problème.
