"...this book's humor, romance and smart-ass T-shirts will definitely leave you smiling and thinking Gina Ardito most definitely has what it takes, that very mysterious and important "it" factor!"

About the Author
Gina Ardito is the award-winning international author of more than twenty romances, a legendary singer in confined spaces (her car, the shower, her office cubicle), and a killer of houseplants. She hosts fun, informative workshops for writers around the country. In 2012, Gina was named a Woman of Outstanding Leadership by the International Women’s Leadership Association, but to her friends, she’s still just a shenanigator. A native of Long Island, New York, she lives with her husband, two children, a bionic dog and a brand new superstar puppy, and two cat overlords. I was grabbed by the melds, which I thought I had invented for Ro’s Reminiscing: Thxx’s Story back in 2001-02. That was the first completed book in my own series, though it was later published (elsewhere) as a flashback, and became the ninth. Ro’s Rem is the only book I haven’t needed to rewrite as it flowed well immediately. The others I’m still working on as I’ve learnt more about writing.
Well, I also invented the stasis ’freeze long before Niven’s World of Ptaavs was published but it stayed just an idea in my dream choreography for a long time. I guess both ideas were just out there waiting to be discovered by anyone who grabbed onto them.
Eternally Yours engages the reader immediately. I liked a non-denominational Afterlife run without preaching, as though really in the business of straightening out people by giving them the opportunity to see and learn from their errors. And boy, was Luc blind to his. Such a judgmental fellow, then just as he works things out, he falls. I thought that part was too harsh and squirmed as I read it. Fortunately, Jodie had enough love for both of them and saved her soulmate for a new HEA.
But isn’t that always the case? Women are stronger, truer beings than men who fight, cheat and grandstand to get their way without ever questioning if that is the right way.
I loved the stories of their bounties, the poker, even the joyful multiple murderess planning her next kill. It was also a pleasure to read such a well edited book. This grammar nazi found only 15 errors, including 5 possessives required for gerunds, 5 likes used to compare verbs, 3 omitted words and .
This book is definitely worth reading. The author brings you right into the afterlife world and keeps you there throughout the book. Vivid and engaging this book really makes you question your belief in an afterlife. This book really has it all, so funy at times you laugh out loud. Serious , passionate, love that fills your heart. Enough mystery and betrayal to keep you on the edge of your seat. Jodie and Luc are just enough of opposites to keep you wondering if they make it. Him an perfectionist and in control all the time. Her scared and unwilling to follow his rules. Enough of a balance to test his control and make him realize not always being in control is alright too. I will be reading the rest of the series. This is the first book from this author I've read but I'll be back for more. Happy Reading!
This is a very satisfying story, with strong characters in a unique situation.
