Heavy Duty, for sure.

This really seems to be heavy duty construction, especially compared to the broken plastic one we are replacing. It will be used for pushing water around at our fire station - both the truck bay floor and the poorly-designed walk-in entrance slab that collects water when it rains.

Work very well

These work very well. Thick blade is stiff enough to move water, but not so stiff that the blade will not flex over bumps in the cement floor. Really like the fact that the blade can be changed when needed. In fact have purchased 3 total and happy with them all. Pair these with
Rubbermaid Commercial FG636200NAT Sanded Wooden handle. Work great together and handle most any task.

DON'T USE WITH THE SUGGESTED BROOMSTICK

I bought it with the recommended wooden broom stick and ended up stabbing my gut a few times. The ends of the wide rubber squeegee catches and causes the thin wooden handle to flex, the only way to stabilize the handle it is to push it directly in line with your belly button. That works fine until the entire squeegee seizes to a dead stop on the floor and the end of the handle painfully stabs your gut.

Handle flexing isn't helped by the design, it's missing reinforcement braces and the handle socket is short, so the handle isn't held at a rigid 90degree angle.

Bad, bad combo recommendation by Amazon, if the handle splinters, it's a serious injury and an ambulance ride.

The curved ends don't work well with water since the bottom of the rubber is not flat, it misses a lot of water unless you press down hard. I should've bought the straight version.

Doesn't work

Not flexible enough to really squeegee anything. It just kind of leave about half of the water behind. It gets stiff in some places and warps in some others, so doesn't do the job. It would be better if it wasn't curved. The curved parts curve down, so the middle flat section doesn't touch the ground, so whatever water you are trying to push around just gets left behind. Poor design, poor manufacturing materials.

Great for pond ice hockey

Works great! Use this product in the winter to clean the ice of snow and ice shavings during breaks in my sons pond hockey games. The thick rubber stays soft and pliable even in freezing temperatures and the curved ends keep the excess from spilling over the sides

Size doesn't matter

Bigger is better? Not with this squeegee. It is very awkward to use because of its size and doesn't to do as good of a job as smaller squeegees. I honestly want to cut it down smaller.

Great for swimming pool decks...any type of slick floor surface
