I added a picture for those of you needing a reference for the color you should get. I bought the light beige (the lightest color) and it blended perfectly into my skin. The coverage is medium, but the light beige has a salmon-pink base that hides my dark eye circles very well. This bb cream doesn't have the same "dewy" finish that many look expect of Korean BB creams. It has a more powdery-almost matte look, with a little sheen. I feel like it makes my skin look healthy and light. The product has a pump, which is a plus for hygiene and easy of application. And the design of the product is cute and elegant looking. I really enjoy this bb cream, and will probably repurchase.
I got a sample of this BB cream when I had ordered some lavender blush a while back. I'm usually very skeptical of BB creams because I need some fuller coverage and they tend to be too oily for me. This BB cream is my go to foundation now! It comes in three shades, and I use the lightest (N2). I am a 115 in Makeup Forever foundation. I apply with a thick kabuki brush using circular motions and it blends seamlessly into my skin with just a hint of dewyness. I've been using this for over 8 months and have never had an issue with oxidation or streaking, and it stays pretty well throughout the workday. I sometimes need to powder certain oily areas after work. A little goes a LONG WAY and I love that this comes with a pump so it's easier to measure out exactly what I need and not contaminate the whole bottle with my finger or makeup brush/sponge.
I have horrible combination skin. Even if I wash my face and put a good amount of powder where it is oily, I still notice I get really shiny two hours later. I have tried my fair share of products that claimed to give me that matte look all day. But this is the first BB Cream that actually held up all work day. It feels really nice and dry when it settles on my skin. I did notice that there is this whitening effect, which I guess means the next time, I should go for one shade darker, but so far, I definitely won't mind buying it at this price.
I have only marginally sensitive skin, and I never, ever get zits, but this made me breakout horribly. Not just in a rash, but in little white heads all over every inch of my face. My face looks like bubble wrap. This bb cream also has a very unpleasant baby powder scent. I have used the “Bright Fit” version of this product for about a year, with no problems, and really good results, but I will never buy this again. It also makes my skin feel very greasy, which I don’t get with the Bright Fit. I feel like I just wasted a stupid amount of money, and I wish that I’d just re-ordered the Bright Fit in the first place.
This is a decent BB cream. Light coverage, but drier than I expected despite the fact that it was recommended for me for combination/oilier skin. I mix a little moisturizer into it before using and it works well. The smell of Baby Powder might be too extreme for some people, but it does go away after a while so that's not really an issue for me.
i started using bb creams last summer - the first bb cream i tried was dr jart black label. i liked it but it was way too dark for my skin and too expensive, so i tried out missha bb cream in its lightest color - the missha matched my skin better but it was still too dark. finally i tried etude house cotton fit in light biege and it matches my skin tone perfectly~! i am very fair skinned with red undertones. i use etude house good-bye pore ever primer, then etude house baby choux base in mint and i put on the cotton fit bb cream on top. it makes my skin look like a porcelain doll's ~! i recommend this to anyone with pale skin.
This stuff rocks! I use the tiniest amount for my entire face. I wash and exfoliate (gently). Then, I apply a few drops of my facial oil (my own blend of neem, sunflower, avocado, and tamanu), then, my time balm under eye concealer, dotted on, sits, blend in. Then, this BB cream. I dot it on, then blend all over. It appears light at first, then settles in & you can not hardly tell I am wearing any concealer. I have rough, aging skin and this process with this product seems to be the best way for me to get as close to a flawless finish. You won't regret investing in this BB cream. For this price, it is well worth it! I have 4 or 5 different BB creams, and even after investing in them too, I will only use this one.
This is my second BBC cream purchase from Etude House, I love the Precious Minerals line and it matchest wonderfully with my olive skin undertones, people can't even tell I have anything on, which is my goal. I get compliments on my skin all the time and always reccommend this brand to anyone who is looking for a way to wear better makeup that never feels caked on. This was my first time getting this version of the precious minerals cotton fit line and I like it even more than the older version. Perfect matter natural look that compliments the silk cc cream perfectly.
