*** UPDATE *** My early exuberance has been massively tempered -- one of the light-bulbs went out (replacing them is a PITAm by the way) -- I bought a new bulb, a halogen one with 2 prongs at the end, but they cannot be inserted into the two holes -- they should slide in no problem, but the holes are evidently out of alignment so the prongs go nowhere! Argh. The company, as others have said, does not have a 1-800 number, you must email. They asked for a pic of the offending part, and are sending a replacement. BUT it does not appear that the warranty covers repair, so we will have to hire an electrician to replace it --- I am getting close to that sinking "you've been ripped off" feeling and wonder if I should now just suck it up and buy a name-brand range-hood. I see that this item is no longer avail --- hm, no surprise.
