A yogurt lover's essential, the extra set of eight 6-oz. glass jars allows for making up to eight different types of yogurt at one time. No need to finish the first batch before starting another. Lids for glass jars provide storage in the refrigerator and the glass jars are dishwasher safe.

I may have to buy another set to accommodate the amount of yogurt I make. The 8 jars get filled and I have to use the canning jars for the rest.
I can see using these jars for many other things in addition to yogurt. If I had a baby, I'd put baby food in them.
I just wish the linds will screw on more. Cuz the open with just one twist, that might be a good thing for other person is just personal preference.
These are perfect so I can make yogurt about once a week instead of waiting for hubby to remember to bring home the one or two jars he left at work, the one that's still in the dishwasher, and oh yea, the one I'm emptying to MAKE the current batch of yogurt and must wash immediately.
An extra set of jars is invaluable.
The lids don't create a water-tight seal and will need to be stored upright, I would not trust them floating around a bag as the lids come off easily, too. I think they were worth the purchase to me since I usually eat my yogurt at home. They are small and store well, too, which is very handy.
