I picked this adapter over others because it allows for swapping out the plugs using a single base. As travel to Europe will include stops in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy, and possible other places, it was important to have an adapter that will work in each of these countries. The adapter is solidly built. I have a tendency to be a little rough with device like this, but it held up to me. If I have one complaint, it would be that one of the plugs fit a little to snug into the base. We were able to get it to seat, and a slight tap allowed us to remove it. I'm sure with use, it will loosen up. The other plugs fit nicely, seated well, and removed easily.
I was contacted by one of owners to see whether I had issues. So I can say, their customer service is probably great. If the big guy reaches out, I'm sure any issues I might have will be resolved to my liking.
