Knowing what these are for a long time and resisting my own curiosity to see if they were actually any good, I finally allowed myself to this as my first one due to the simple fact that everyone said they were great. So, let's break down what I think are the important parts:

Pros:
- Very fluffy, solid art quality, and seems durable and practically impossible to accidentally rip. Feels great.
- Depending on your reason for owning one of these (mine being nothing but raw curiosity--I can't imagine using this thing as a sex toy or a lover that is physically incapable of rejecting you, but, well, I know some people do...) I must point out that it does not work for...uh...adult entertainment. However, if you're like me and just had to see one for yourself and willing to pay nearly $40 to sate that curiosity, it does make a nice pillow, particularly for people who sleep on their side. I actually ended up liking this as a decorative pillow for its excellent build quality.

Cons:
- The Asuka image, for whatever reason, is totally unremovable and embedded into the fabric, making me question whether I can use any other sheet at all, should I choose to get one in the future. (Weren't these supposed to be separate things exactly for that reason?)
- Just too small, and definitely could have used a size up. Asuka is way out of proportion.
- Very, very difficult to wash, considering you have to wash the entire pillow at once, rather than just the sheet. Without the most gentle cleansing cycle possible and using fluffing techniques (like tennis balls thrown in as it washes by itself), you might end up with a pillow with no art on it--totally washed out.

I bought this for my friend who hates this character more than anything in the world. The look on his face when he opened it was priceless and definitely worth a five star rating. So I thank you for this wonderful product and the joy it brought me and my other friends who pitched in.

When I saw this item I knew it was something I wanted to have to help me sleep at night. I'm personally the kind of guy that hugs the comforters so to have a body pillow was a very welcomed addition. However, you do get what you pay for. Most pillows are sold separately from the cases, allowing for easy washing and switching cases out. This can get quite costly and run at an upwards of $80 or more for just a pillow and a case.

This item is a two for one. You get the pillow and the case. Which at first I thought was a wonderful idea. However I quickly found this to not be as true as I hoped.

Let's start with the pillow itself. The quality of the pillow is moderate, comfortable if you're a smaller person which I am. If you're taller you will probably not find satisfaction with this pillow. It's also quite soft. I would have preferred the pillow to be a bit more firm if it is supposed to emulate a more human form. So overall the pillow itself could have been better.

Now let's talk about the pillow case. To start with it's very soft, the design on the case is soft and the design on the case is also very high quality. Well drawn, well colored and well placed. Both sides are the same, which to some may be somewhat of a let down. However the biggest problem and reason why it's getting a lower score is because of the pillow case. It cannot be removed.

In order to remove the pillow case to wash it, you must carefully take the stitching out of the bottom of the pillow as there is no other means to remove it. The reasoning behind this is beyond me. For best results from this pillow you'd have to take the stitching out of the bottom and install a zipper like most anime body pillow cases have.
