I've had this exact exercise ball for at least 2 years. My mother, brother, and myself all use it. I am a 200 pound gym rat and I can tell you, this is the best ab tool you'll ever need. My brother is 250+ pounds and the ball has never popped/leaked. I am actually purchasing another one today because my brother is moving out and wants one for X-Mas.

Just put on the TV and do crunches during your favorite shows!

I started a weight loss regimen about 6 months ago and managed to lose 25lbs, but still had a pot belly. I read that using the exercise ball would help tone the abs and as it does not cost much, seemed a worthwhile investment. The ball inflates easily enough; I had to repump every week as there was some leakage of air. The booklet that came with the ball had a few pictures, but not enough information. I would recommend a instructional DVD for anyone serious about using this. After I started using the exercise ball, I did notice my midsection becoming flatter. I still have a long way to go.
So...why only 2 stars? I weigh 160lbs and the ball is rated for 300lbs...yesterday it burst. I would definitely buy again, just this time a ball with a higher weight rating.

The pump that came with the ball was easy to use, and I was shocked at how quickly I was able to blow up the ball with it. Not saying it didn't hurt my arm, but I'm quite out of shape - hence the fitness ball! It really just took a few minutes, and it was blown up. I was a little confused at first about how to fit the pump into the hole, but once I got that figured out, it went very smoothly.

The ball itself is very easy to use, and it works really well.

The "fitness guide" that it comes with is nothing more than a small piece of paper with three or four exercises drawn out. I was thinking it was going to be a DVD or something. For $15 though, I can't complain about that.

I think it's completely worth the $15 I paid for it.

There is a band which was labelled 24" intended to wrap around this ball. It's a lot more than 24" and as such, despite "pie-D" multiplication, it doesn't line up as it is supposed to. Some people might try to over inflate the ball to make it fit, which would be a bad idea. I don't care about the band and if you pretend it didn't come with one, you'll rate the ball 4 stars.

Note the ball is 24"~60cm and the sheet inside recommends only other sized balls. Interpolating means this is good for 5'2-5'8 folks.

I love my Everlast ball! I am a woman who wears Everlast workout gear because it works so well at pulling off sweat and I bought this ball because it was the only one I could find at 24" (the others seem to come out at 22", 26", and 30"). I own four fitness balls for different workouts ranging from yoga to Pilates to cardio fitness and this ball was the perfect size for many of them, at least for me. I believe that for many men, it would be too small. At the same time, the material is the strongest, most durable, and thickest that I've seen. But the hole seems to leak air. Perhaps I did not put it in as securely as I should have.

Also, the pump that comes with the ball is AMAZING. It works at least twice as fast as all of the others, including foot pumps, which are more of a pain because they require all that assembly.

It does come with a poster showing different exercises. It's a nice start but I would recommend purchasing it with the right DVD.

I purchased this item in 2010 and it lasted until a couple weeks ago when my dog tried to jump off the bed and land on it (dog claws go right through it).
From what I remember, there wasn't a gross plasticy smell in my house after filling it up with air...the included pump made it simple to get it ready. It rarely needed more air added to it.

This ball does everything I hoped it would. I bought it to use as a chair replacement for the computer and the keyboard. Half the time here and half the time on a chair.

I've not yet tried to incorporate it into my exercises, but the potential is intriguing.

The pump was amusingly difficult. I really felt the burn.

I used the ball for 2 months only. I like to work out. As an active individual, I decided on this item to add dimension, that I thought needed, to my routine. I also intended to use this ball as a supporting structure (chair) for my writing assignments and such. Having used "fitness balls" in the past, I selected this item on reviews. I was disappointed.

After inflation and initial use, I was satisfied with the product for the first 2 months. Then I noticed that the ball began to lose pressure. I was not successful in trying to find one leak. I couldn't find a single leak after submersing the surface area in soapy water.

I would like to use one year warranty on this product to get a replacement.
