Contemplate on the answers and thoughts you want to share each day in your journal. All it takes is five minutes a day. Surely we can spare five minutes from our busy daily schedule. Have you laughed lately? From what I read it is actually good for your health. On my main blog I have a cute little anime on my sidebar with the verse.. "A happy heart makes the face cheerful,..." Proverbs 15:13 . I laugh out loud every time I see it.
