This is a great book that all Real Estate Agents should have. It helps to prevent miss understandings about inspections and helps to avoid common mistakes. The books cover how to better grasp report findings and improve the customer experience by teaching how to handle issues. The book also includes two great chapters on Mold and Termites, so common here in south Florida and commonly neglected on inspections.
