In these turbulent times of COVID-19, when many leaders in government, business, and other positions of power behave as though greed is good, lying is laudable, and corruption is commendable, should we expect ethical behavior from them or from each other?
What are we willing to tolerate or not tolerate? Does our worldview align with our core values? How do we conduct ourselves? How do we view our creativity and worth?
Through easy-to-understand poetic messages, Everyday Ethics and Equity: The Foundation for Character and Self-Esteem motivates us to think critically about contemporary ethical issues and self-valuing concepts. Like its predecessor, Dreams, Deeds, and Destiny: Purpose and Possibility in the Space Age, this insightful book is written from a cosmic perspective and a humanist worldview.
Reasonable and relevant, it helps us to align thoughts and acts with core values and gain a greater appreciation for our innate worth. Designed to evoke critical thought and self-reflection, it is a must have in every individual home and institution.
